Hoping one of you clever people can assist.
We have vodafone pro broadband with the mesh router they provide and internet is fabulous.
The issue we have is the landline, when we speak to people they say we sound a little muffled/fuzzy. I thought it was the handset so upgraded but it's still an issue. I called my wife and noticed the issue.
I thought if calls are being made via broadband it would actually be a slightly better sound quality than the traditional phone lines.
Has anyone experienced this or got any tips that could improve this? Both our parents area old (hence we use the landline!) and sometimes struggle to hear us.
