Age restriction Content Problem

I am using Vodafone for 4G broadband, recently the Age restricted content window pops up on some websites, I have been into My Vodafone and turned it off, with no effect, I turned it on then off again, rebooted, waited 24 hrs, still the same, I have contacted customer support they say it is turned off yet I am still receiveing the message even after several reboots, can you help?

The Vodafone Social Media Team can't help from here as account access isn't available via this forum but they can take a look if you contact them via the Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.- Contact-us

I'm having exactly the same trouble as the user above. I've tried turning the bar on and off in the app few times. I've tried resetting network settings too  but that hasn't worked either.

Can you help please?

Please use the Vodafone Social Media Teams link i added into my earlier reply and they'll take a look.

Please link back to this thread including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

You will have to resolve your issue this way as there is no account access via this forum anymore.

I used the social media (Facebook Messenger) link sugested and the response was instant and the problem recitified in a few minute, so first class service 5* from me.
