Hi I have a data sim in my LR Discovery and not had internet for the last 4 weeks - is there a problem with Vodafone ?

Hey @Mikegethings, If you've never had a connection via this SIM whilst in the router, I'd suggest popping it into a phone to see if it connects to our network, before popping it back into your router. If it connects whilst in the phone, this would indicate the issue would be connected to the router. If it connects in neither, it may need activating. If it's definitely active but not connecting, got through our initial troubleshooting steps. If this doesn't help, pop us a message through one of our social channels and we'll take a closer look.

Thanks for the update @Mikegethings and apologies for the information provided. The SIM is obviously mobile and as you drive around it would connecting to different masts in different areas. Unless you're circling the same area then the network issue at that postcode is unlikely to be the cause. Did you manage to test the SIM in a mobile at all?
