Download 0.16 Mbps AND Upload 0.52 Mbps

Hi,

Apologies to bother you with this but today has been a real nightmare. I have Vodafone 5G Mobile Hotspot 2022.

Ordinarily it works fine and decent but for some reason today was the real nightmare in terms of speed throughout the day - I couldn't join a single Zoom call and you can see the speed I was getting in the subject line. 

Download 0.16 Mbps AND

Upload 0.52 Mbps

Please help and let me know what specific information I need to share to resolve this. 

I hope this nightmare ends today and I can get decent speeds tomorrow.

If you are still having issues with speed today @Vaswani check out this link Network Issues .  There are some steps you would be unable to complete on the template but it should give the Social Team something to go on as far as location is concerned.
