We have a 5G Gigacube which runs really quick on all our devices.
However, when I connect my iPhone to it on wifi the speed might as well be dail up. Rubbish.

It only happens on my iPhone and it’s a new phone and works great on its own 4G and other wifi.
Everyone else’s iPhone connected to the GigaCube downloads the 4K UHD extended version of Avitar 3D in less than a millisecond. 

Have I missed something obvious or is it just because my phone is from O2 and Vodafone doesn’t like that?
Any ideas?

Hi @JtdHi It's certainly odd that this is only affecting one device! The network your device is linked to (Vodafone, O2, EE, etc) wouldn't be a factor in the speeds you get from your our Gigacube, but it may be worth speaking to O2 to see if they can run any diagnostics on the device, as this is likely a device issue.
