How to get a replacement 5g gigacube

Hey I think my unit is faulty the 2g WiFi speeds are very very poor most of time it won't even connect. I have done loads of factory resets. Changed channels bla bla


Works fine with 5g WiFi get great speeds it's just the 2g WiFi
