Hi,
We are using a mobile data sim on the broadband Max Unlimited plan and the sim is used in a router. On a daily basis the router has to be rebooted at the connectivity stops.
The router shows the connection is still active and online but users are unable to access any internet services. Rebooting the modem and reconnecting solves the issue for approx 24 hours.
Does anyhone know if vodafone is enforcing restrictions of have any previous experience of similar issues and what can be done to reoslve it?
Kind Regards
Ben

If you're having problems connecting to the internet using mobile data, try these quick fixes first:
Go to Settings and make sure mobile data is switched on
If you have a 4G device, go to Settings and check 4G is switched on
Check your Network mode is set to automatic
Try switching your phone off and back on
If these haven’t put things right for you, here are more things you can try to get mobile data working:
Check your mobile coverage
Reset your network settings
Update your software or check your data
Connect using wi-fi instead of mobile data
This may help you,
