Not able to download files from Browser over Vodafone Internet

I have recently purchased 351 Rupee 100 GB 56 Days Data Pack of Vodafone but the problem is that I am not able to download any files from any browser whether it is my pc or android. On my PC I've tried on both, Chrome as well as Firefox but no result. Whereas, if I use Jio Data to download the files, no such issue is faced and files are downloaded successfully.
