Hi folks.
Until 8 days ago my R219 connected ok-ish, but now it hardly ever connects.
The connection light flashes between red and orange/amber all the time.
My contract has just started its third month, so I don't know what I can do now.
Any ideas on how to fix this or if I am entitled to canceling my contract due to not receiving the service I'm paying for.

I believe there is a sim card in the device so can you test it in another device / phone and then see what happens ?
It might be worth checking your local and surrounding masts via the Vodafone Status-checker.

In regards to cancelling a contract please check your terms-and-conditions
And I-want-to-cancel-my-Pay-monthly-service.
Customer services via 0333 304191, 191 or Live Chat can elongate on your options and if applicable any relevant Early Termination Fee.

I have followed a 12 step checklist that I was given by Vodafone and still not getting a good signal, infact I seem to get 4 minutes of a good signal per day, which is now putting my studies and training for my job behind.
I think I'm going to have to speak directly with Vodafone again this week, as I get the same issue with my phone as well now.
