Slow speed unlimited max

Hi I got unlimited max over the summer it has been very slow I less than 10 mbps I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it's slow because everyone is at home but now that lockdown Is easing up it's even slower. Than before. It's not worth the asking price I want to downgrade to the 10 mbps one cause I'm even getting less than that

What a joke almost 24 hours no response I am definitely cancelling my plan cant deal with thos crap service anymore paying almost 50 pounds for 4mbps

Hi @PSYKE02, have you run any speed tests from your device to see what speeds you're receiving? Can you also tell us, are you experiencing these speeds in just one location or everywhere you go? It might be worth checking the Network Status Checker here to see if anything is going on to affect the speeds.
