I have recently started taking zoom and google meet calls for work from home using the wifi dongle and the wifi speed is so slow that the video calls get interrupted and I'm not able to communicate. This is not going to work for me. I have copper wiring in my rented apartment and I won't be able to get broadband service. What options do I have other than cancelling this service?

@Remi @rahulkverma1 is enquiring about the network using a mobile broadband plan and needs the network checked. Broadband is not available at the address due to copper wiring in the rented accommodation.
