I have been receiving emails regarding the 3G switch off, which tell me that my mobile is incompatible with 4G calling. I know that this is incorrect and it is compatible (Sony Xperia 5 IV). How would I go about getting the Sim card replaced to activate VoLTE.

Hi @FudgeCat72 - thanks for checking this with us. You don't need a new SIM for this. My team over on one of our Social Channels can check if your account/number is set up for 4G Calling. We can't guarantee phones purchased from third parties, will be supported with Vodafone 4G and WiFi Calling (except for iPhones). If your phone was from a third party, this will be why.

Hi Gemma,
Under my plans details Wi-Fi & 4G calling is listed under Inclusive Extras, so I assume it's enabled. Surely getting an up to date Sim Card would activate this feature.
My husbands O2 Sim Card works fine in my pbone, 4G Calling can then be selected in the settings. So I know the phone supports it and is enabled, the Vodafone Sim Card would appear to be disabling the feature.

Hi @FudgeCat72,
Thanks for your response. Sending a new SIM would not make any changes as all of our SIMs offer the same features, we would only need to enable or disable functions through your account. Please pop our team a message with through the link @Gemma provided and we'll be able to take a look for you.
If you would still prefer a new SIM, we can get this sorted for you, or you're also able to request this via any Vodafone store.
