5g speeds on 4g

Hello. Has anyone had this before? I turned my network preference to 4g inside the 5g area and got 5g data speeds . How comes this is the case. Switched it back to 5g and was very similar speeds.

Hi @ClaydonKing - thanks for messaging about this. Your phone has automatically picked up the strongest network available. I do understand it's confusing with just the 4G option being selected.
