Bad speeds

Voxi sim 5g ready but not really : WF13, Dewsbury town

 

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?

5g out door, 5g indoor, and LTE/4g, locations

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

iPhone 13 Pro/14 and Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5G

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?  No errors full bars only connects to LTE when inserted 5g compatible devices and 5g location. Even forcing devices to use 5g NR only results in no connection at all at 5g locations and have major pack loss and high ping at 90 and 10 up and 2 down and is reallly slow.

 

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

Stuck on 4g/LTE when put in 5g compatible phones and   

6) When did you first notice this issue?

When I first bought and got the sim

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
