Blocked website

Customers using vodaphone network are being blocked from my website ibbidirect.co.uk it is saying adult content age restriction or error.  Please can this site be whitelisted as we are losing customers because of this problem.  Thanks. Eliza

Hey @Elizabrowne. We completely understand the importance of getting this sorted. We certainly wouldn't want you to lose customers over the content control restriction. To get this raised, please confirm the following: 

• Is the issue seen on broadband, mobile data or both?
• What is the nature of the website in question?

Hi thanks for getting back to me.  The problem seems to be with 4G so roaming rather than broadband I think.  My website is ibbidirect.co.uk and we sell home accessories like candles and cushions!

Hey @Elizabrowne I hope you're doing well! The team have come back to advise that the site has now been reclassified and they ask that you please allow 24 hours and clear the browser's cache memory before trying again.
