Is CSD still available on the network, we had a good connection until recently and trying to work out if vodafone have turned off the network or something else could be the cause, i'm looking at over 50 sims affected. 

We use modem to modem connection for passing data

I'm not gonna lie, I had to look up what CSD even was.... however looking at it, it precedes 2g mobile networks like GPRS so it shouldn't be surprising if it has been turned off (that would make it a protocol/system from more than 20 years ago).

According to Wikipedia, most operators stopped CSD service before 2010.

 

Edit: I've just seen you can do CSD over 3g/CDMA, all networks are shutting down the 3G parts of their networks, so it may be down to this.
