Cant make calls or texts for four days

I have not been able to make calls or texts for four days now. Called Vodafone many times but completely clueless. Just want my pac to leave but they transfer me around. I run a small business and really need my mobile working and hope I have not let down any customers at my most busy time off the year. Please help

Hi @tonymorgan01 - I understand how important it is to have a connection, especially with you using it for work. If it's account related, please message us on Social Media and we'll take a look. If your account is in a Business name, then please call us on 191 free from another Vodafone phone or 03333 040 191 from another phone. If it's only like this in one location, please follow the steps here.
