It appears one of our websites (https://max.mailbigfile.com) is being blocked.

Can you let me know the process for unblocking this for our customers.

It appears our domain mailbigfile.com is being blocked and not just the aforementioned subdomain.

• Is the issue seen using home broadband, mobile data or both?
• Is it Vodafone Secure Net or age-restricted content controls blocking the URL?
• What is the nature of the website in question?

• Home Broadband.
• Appears to be age-restricted but client says they do not have this active on their account.
• It's a file-sharing platform, like WeTransfer.
