Thanks for raising this to us @simontempleman, I'm sorry to see your site's been blocked by Secure Net. I've raised a case with our Network team (Ref: INC000004721201). They'll look into this, advise why it's been classified as it as and if needed reclassify this for you. I'll monitor their progress with this and update you accordingly.

The team has reclassified the site and they have advised that you need to wait 36 hours and clear cache and cookies before being able to access it 🙂

Hi Steph,
I believe the same is happening to my company, The Independent Pharmacy.
Our website is https://www.theindependentpharmacy.co.uk and we are getting lots of customer service issues with customers being unable to access our website when using data provided by Vodafone where they see an error message saying the connection is not secure.
This doesn't seem to be happening to any of our competitors, even ones who do not carry full regulation or registration.
If you are able to submit this for review it would be much appreciated as it's causing a lot of customer service problems.

Hi @tip Thanks for raising this to us! I've checked from this side and I can see that the website is being blocked by SecureNet. I've raised this to the team now and asked that this be corrected. As soon as we have an update for you we will let you know here 🙂

Hi @tip I hope you are well! We have contacted the SecureNet vendor regarding your website and it has been reclassified. Please allow 36 hours and clear the browser's cache memory before trying again.
