I was on Vodafone years ago and it was fine. I switched about a bit and also was on Vodafone about two years ago. It was at least on a par with EE.
I just rejoined and switched my wife and I's phones and home broadband to Vodafone. Broadband is fine, and the supplied router is actually very good.
But what the hell has happened to the coverage?!
When I'm driving I'm constantly losing my data connection, my phone keeps switching to Edge (E symbol, very slow data that can't be used for anything really these days). Sometimes I get a 4G signal but with an exclamation mark by the signal bars and data stops working.
I'm suspicious that this is something to do with the 3G switch off. Have Vodafone commented or given any timescale for this to be rectified?
My wife is now asking why I switched because she can't reliably stream music in her car anymore.
