I'm getting constant buffering during streaming (Ethernet connected TV) , delays loading websites and email. The WiFi is particular slow and very intermittent. The firmware (10.0.5.11(H351SP2C983) is the latest available. I'm having to reset the router daily. There are only two users, currently have 22 devices connected, the bulk of those (17) are LAN and the remaining 5 are WiFi. I'm on the £60 per month tariff and this service is woefully inadequate for this cost! Really unimpressed!

Hi @Kevan750 - I know it's important to stay connected and how frustrating it can be when things aren't working as expected. Have you followed our Gigacube troubleshooting steps?
Not only does it show you some really helpful hints and tips to make sure you're getting the most out of your device, it also shows you how to check the network in your area and how to speak to my team to get further help if needed 🙂

Hi Amanda, thanks for responding. I've been through technical and they have reset my service. It would seem there were some unknow restrictions. They were unable to tell me what specifically. I've rebooted the router again and reconnected and will see how this evenings online activities pan out.
