As the title says this issue is persisting since 2 pm when I was in my online class. I just switched off my phone, changed the sim's slot from 1to 2 and again to 1, checked my current pack and its gonna expire on 2 of may so I have a balance as well. Every others who use vodafone network in my family doesn't have such issues, I' m just using my dad's data through hotspot now. Do anyone have such issue or its just my problem? Even contacted vi customer care through WhatsApp but no use. Plss help, suggest a way. PS: I'm able to make calls and receive calls and messages and even Google loads but is taking time and my vi app is taking a lot of time to log me in. Any suggestion would help a lot my mood is just fed up now without internet for too long, it been 7.5 hours.

You won't get any help here @einchewon , it's UK only. Vodafone Idea is an Indian provider and you will need to speak to the provider in India.
