Historic Location data

My daughter’s iphone was stolen at school. It turned back up but to confirm it here it was during the period it had been taken the school have asked us if we have anything which shows where it was. Findmyphone doesn’t do historical and am wondering if Vodafone can provide approximate location usingGps data. If so, how do we go about it?
