How do I go about installing masts on land?

Can someone help me - regarding 'phone masts'; who would I need to contact regarding installing one on a parcel of land?

I've made some enquiries unfortunately that's not something we'd be able to arrange. It's a process that's done internally rather it being arranged external to internal.
