So I recently transferred from Smarty to Voxi because after years of great service I suddenly went from getting 60+ mbps to barely getting 4-5mbps. So far Voxi has been great, but I've recently noticed that Youtube becomes incredibly slow towards the evening. I go from being able to watch videos in 4k/60fps to barely being able to play them in 480p.
This isn't an issue with my connection. I'm getting a solid 4G signal and after running an internet speed test I can see that I'm at least getting 30+ mbps which should be more than enough for Youutube. The constant stuttering and buffering is making it unusable - which is extremely frustrating because it's where I watch most of my content.
This is occurring on both my PC and my phone so I know for a fact that the issue isn't on my end. I've already troubleshooted all of my settings. The only other explanation is that Voxi are deliberately throttling Youtube at certain times. Anyone else having this issue?

If it’s happening between 3pm and midnight you’re probably hitting the same issue as a few of us are with packet loss. Grab a program called WinMTR and run it when you’re noticing the issue, what you say aligns up with the exact same issue we are having, packet loss and poor speeds
