Since yesterday, I haven't been able to use mobile data. I have the option to turn it on and it comes up with 5G, but trying to load a website causes it to come up with "Website took too long to respond" and a "No internet connection" notice at the top.
I've tried everything to fix it, from restarting the phone, to resetting APN settings, to removing and reinserting the SIM, even resetting all network settings, but nothing has worked.
The only thing I can think of to do is factory reset my phone, but that's an absolute last resort. Does anyone have any other solutions before I wipe my phone?

Hey @Arch I hope you're well. I can certainly appreciate how frustrating and concerning this must be. Have you checked your postcode in the Network Status Checker to see if there are any known network issues in the area that could be impacting your service?

Unfortunately, there seems to be no problems in my area with mobile data. Thanks for the suggestion, but it isn't the problem here.

Thanks for checking @Arch It could still be that there is a local issue that has not yet been flagged. If you come and speak to our team on Social Media, they can run the necessary checks and if needed, raise a case to the engineers for further investigation. It is also important that the team un some checks on your number to make sure your SIM is connecting to the network properly. If there is an issue there, they can get this resolved for you.
