4/5g not working

My 4/5g is not working but it shows I have signal at top of screen. I have tried all the troubleshooting and was on live chat to technical team for over 2 hours. Does anyone have any idea how to get this fixed before I decide to get a new phone completely. It is an iphone 12 and it was working perfectly fine 2 days ago then my services were cut off and put back on now it isn't working.

With you mentioning that it's been like this since your services were cut off, I'd like us to take a look at the status of your number at a network level and also to check over your account.
