4/5g not working

My 4/5g is not working but it shows I have signal at top of screen. I have tried all the troubleshooting and was on live chat to technical team for over 2 hours. Does anyone have any idea how to get this fixed before I decide to get a new phone completely. It is an iphone 12 and it was working perfectly fine 2 days ago then my services were cut off and put back on now it isn't working.
