My business phone, 2 personal contract phones etc are not working. Spent over 3 hours talking with Vodafone each time I get told it will be resolved and then its not.
Vodafone keep denying there is an issue now. The coverage checker says there are no problems. I'm being told a wide range of excuses from its my phones that are broken through to I'm not in a coverage area.
This outage has been raised and is recognised by the local MP and published in the press
Vodafone blames tourists as villagers are left without 4G | Eastern Daily Press (edp24.co.uk)
Please contact me for how to resolve as I'm suffering material damages as a result.

Thanks for providing the postcode @sophos9 😊 I have checked over the mast that you would connect to and at first glance it does look like it is working normally, however I think we do need to raise this with our network team, who will be able to run some more detailed checks, to do this we will need to take further details from you which we are unable to take here. Could you please contact our social team via this link and when contacting them just pop in the link for this conversation which will avoid you having to repeat any details you have already given.

Thanks Andy
Exactly that is the problem - Vodafone are saying its working fine but its really not and its demonstrable to the point that enough people have got together to complain to the local MP. I'll do what you ask.
