We have a website that is blocked on the vodafone network https://v4.co.uk
We have been in previous contact and have been advised to use https://www.virustotal.com/ to see to logged services marking the site as malicious.
We have scanned the server and no malware is found and logged false positives with the services listed on virustotal. these have been amended but the site is still being blocked on vodafone. Can you please log a false positive and amend your records to allow traffic to the site?
Report as of today

Hi @B9 Thanks for reaching out. When running a scan via VirusTotal 1 security vendors is still flagging the domain as malicious. This scan would need to come back clean, re-test the URL on our network and if issues persist we can raise a case to our Networking Teams.

@Lucy_F when using virustotal.com and using https://www.v4.co.uk no issues are found
These are for both the same site so can the network records be amended as the site is proving to be ok now

@Lucy_F i have gotten a response from VIPRE and they are stating that the site is clean and correct. They said that you maybe looking at a cached report on virustotal as this shouldnt be showing now, like the above screenshot
Can this please be passed to yuor network teams to get sorted
