Our entire street postcode HA6 2ET has very poor signal. Best case is a single bar otherwise nothing. You leave the street, signal returns. It's been like this for a year. No amount of talk with tech or customer service has helped. Both iPhone and Android phones have the same issue. Phones on EE are fine and so is 02 , having talked to neighbors.
What to do other than switch providers?

Hi @Gbmush! I've taken a look at the postcode you provided and the coverage is good indoors and outdoors for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G. I've also taken a look at the specific mast you connect to (No. 87896) and there is no maintenance or downtime at the moment. You're able to check any maintenance in your postcode at any time by entering it into our Network Status Checker here.

Thanks Beth. We have iPhone and Android users at home. All on Vodafone. None get the proper signal one of us is on EE and have better reception. Checking network coverage online doesn't show any issues or faults. As I said once we reach the end of the street on either side. Reception improves. Btw we are close to NATO headquarters and one myth is that some interference could be coming from that side. But I can't be sure.
