1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? It happens in my house and village. Over 5 miles

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes it is happening on 3 phones in my house
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? No service

6) When did you first notice this issue? 4 days ago
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent
this is happening in a small village where there has been no additional building or population. Signal was always good and for the last 4 days nothing on 3 devices in my house and local friends also having problems within surrounding villages

@Werthers I've checked the coverage in your area and can see that an issue in the area has recently been fixed today.
When there’s been work done locally, it can take a few days for things to settle.
Please let us know how you get on over the next few days.
