1) Only happens at work or surrounding area within a mile

2) Location Hanworth TW13 6JE

3) Happens on 3/4 different phone at this site different users all on Vodafone

4) The other person can hear you but you cannot hear them and then after a little while call disconnects and you get the message on the phone call diconnected

5) 5g is showing on the service between 2-3 bars for service level Data is poor Download 2Mbs Upload 1.7Mbs Ping456ms

6) Started seeing problems end of the first week in December 2022

7) This issue occurs on nearly every call sometime straight away or after 4-5 mins. maybe 1 call in 20 (a short call) might be okay

Tried calling Vodafone support just keep getting told we have checked and there is no problems showing in the area and try resetting the phone reseat the sim and reset the network settings, but this is happening other phone on the same network. On one of the phone was told to try an E sim this made no difference had to to vodafone store to get replacement sim as the tech on the phone tried to reset this and then could not reconnected and could not use the old sim.

It is honestly a joke now, dad rang me this morning and the call cut out 5 times! They're just trying to keep everyone locked in now, they told my brother someone was meant to go there yesterday but it got cancelled because of the bad weather and no one knows now when there will be a fix. The o2 status page still says upgrade work will be completed by the 10th. also seen on vodafone's status page there are issues in tw149bn as well. it's honestly a joke.

tweeted them earlier and they are aware of the issues, but have no ETA for a fix. Honestly, I urge you guys to do what i've done and ring up, ask for a resolution manager, explain this has been going on for 3 months and it's so unreliable and you'd like a pac code. i've ben doing some testing in the area with smarty, and 1p mobile, and 1p mobile who run off EE honestly offer the best signal, 5g all round, clear calls. O2 run off the same masts as vodafone, so i'd stay clear there, but honestly guys, try and get your pacs, they're really mugging everyone off now, it's a joke!

hey all, so I messaged Ker Anderson on twitter again as he seems to really chase things up and get things done. He emailed operations earlier and they replied basically telling him that access has been granted to the site for Wednesday 15th next week. That's all he said, and appologised it's took so long to sort out. these were his messages to me. Hi Jade, I've chased this up yet again. I don't look after operations and quite honestly I have too much on my plate without constantly chasing others to do their job so apologies for not following up proactively. I'll let you know what comes back and sorry this has caused so much trouble. Have you now left Vodafone? I've now been advised access has been secur d for Wednesday but I'm annoyed this has taken months to sort out, for which I am truly sorry  so this is all we have to work with really, hopefully you guys might see an improvement by next weekend?

anyone having any luck yet? I see o2 finished upgrades on friday, then they were doing more yesterday, and now they're doing more today until 6AM tomorrow, that's in my families postcode. Let's see if the engineer visits the mast or not tomorrow...
