I bought a paygo sim and ported my number from o2 on 18/10 and I still can’t receive calls or use data.
I’ve been told “we’ve not received all files from previous provider” but no ETA on resolution and I keep getting passed from pillow to post.
going in to the 7th week now which is absolutely ridiculous, is there any way to speed this up?
