Secure Net incorrectly blocking our website

Hello,

We have several incidents from our customers as they are unable to access our website or associated services from the Vodafone service, blocked by Secure Net.

We are an accounting, tax and human resources software company. We request a reclassification of our websites as it should not be categorized as a dangerous site.

This is a rather urgent matter and we request your attention and solution in this regard.

Please let me know if you need any additional information to correct this issue.

Best regards,

Fran Berrocal

Good afternoon @aplifisa - I've sent this off to be evaluated for reclassification and I'll let you know once I have an update for you.

I just want to note that I have included the second web address in the request, but I haven't been able to load it at all, even on a connection without Vodafone Secure Net active. If you could double check the address and if it does need updating, just let me know.

Regarding the web "Aplifisa.es", it is a web service infrastructure, where it does not show online content but our desktop applications connect to services of that domain.

Greetings.

Thanks for getting back to me @aplifisa - I'll be back in touch once I have any further information on the reclassification request 🙂

Thank you very much for all the help and promptness, have a great day.

Hi Amanda, do we have any news? We are quite urgent as many of our customers use Vodafone and can't use our services because they are blocked.

The affected URLS are:

https://www.aplifisa.com
https://www.aplifisa.es
http://aplifisa.es

Please fix it as soon as possible,

Thank you very much.
