Secure Net incorrectly blocking our website

We have several incidents from our customers as they are unable to access our website or associated services from the Vodafone service, blocked by Secure Net.

We are an accounting, tax and human resources software company. We request a reclassification of our websites as it should not be categorized as a dangerous site.

This is a rather urgent matter and we request your attention and solution in this regard.

I'm sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with those URLs being accessible @aplifisa I have raised this to the team now and asked that they both be reclassified. As soon as we have an update, we will let you know.

Hi @aplifisa I hope you're well. I have had an update from the team and after conducting a careful, extensive investigation, they have found that the site has been compromised by hosting Virus.Win32.Sality malware. Because of this no changes will be made to the categorization.
