Hello...
When are VF going to upgrade the data capacity of the signal here, every year during peak season when this village is busy (Bunn Leisure Caravan Site) the data is practically unusable! Good 4g signal with pathetic throughput!
Thanks Gary.

So basically, you won't contact BT Openreach, correct? Because this isn't something Vodafone can fix, from what's been seen after all these years.
I don't have home broadband because it's slower than 4G in Selsey and more expensive, so it's worth it more just tethering. The maximum download speeds one can get with FIBRE around here is 29Mbps, which is a joke. And upload speeds aren't even half of that.

We're not able to unfortunately @Anonuser, as Openreach manage their own service.
If you have a broadband service with us directly that is not up to the level we have guaranteed for the address in question, we'd be able to look into this 👍
I'm really sorry there isn't more we can do to improve things for you in your area. I would recommend that you make sure that your device settings are set up for the best possible results. You can do this by checking out device guide here 😊

Copying into this conversation to show the “customer service” team that there has been an ongoing issue with data speeds since 2018 yet they continue to say there is no issues in the PO20 9EL are and that data download speeds are within acceptable ranges - seems they have had engineers on the case since 2018 - must be a record.
I filed an official complaint that was opened and closed the same day without speaking to me…

It's not too clear from your post if you have a broadband or mobile data issue?
If you have an issue with mobile data we'd be happy to investigate over social media. You can find out to get in contact here.
If it's an issue with your broadband the best people to speak to would be our dedicated technical team. If you had a complaint that was closed you can reply to the email and it will re-open. Or you can get in touch by calling 191 or 0333 304 0191 from a non Vodafone number. Alternatively you can contact our webchat here 👉 https://www.vodafone.co.uk/chatbackug
