Hi,
Why does my signal drop driving in an area with good coverage, such as when driving on the M40 between Bicester and London.
If I turn my phone off and then on again, I get a signal again.
This also happens when I need to use my phone in an area away from home.
Please can anyone suggest a solution which allows my phone to switch connections better.
Thanks,
Anthony

Hey @AntAfrica I hope you're doing well! When you're travelling in a vehicle, you are often going far too fast between masts to establish a strong reliable connection. Turning the phone off and on again works like a network refresh; your SIM will reconnect to the mast with the strongest signal or one with the most space available. The kind of connection you will get will also depend on the network coverage in that particular area and this can be impacted by things such as congestion. building types, weather and more. To ensure that your phone can establish the best possible connection wherever you are, make sure your phone is fully updated, make sure your APNs are fully filled out if you are using an iPhone and replace any old or damaged SIM cards.
