Sim card not working

Hi, due to our firm's activities we travel a lot. One of the team member bought a Vodafone sim card (while in Africa) but it's not working. He is a new customer and none of us uses Vodafone.

We don't know how to activate it, we need your assistance.q

Hi @Tambee - if this is for a Vodafone UK SIM, then please ask your colleague to follow the activation steps here

Thanks @Gemma, we able to do that and it works. However there are some issues, in as much as he is able to receive messages from us and others, he is unable to receive calls - this is not due to lack of credits.

How can you resolve this?
