Hi, I have just transferred over to Vodafone and I would like to set up my esim, but I need to scan a QR code to do so. Where do I get that QR code from please?

Thanks Beth - good to know that I'm not going mad! I haven't had that email so I do need some more help. Unfortunately I am not on social media so would they have something as antiquated as an email address please? I can't call them right now obviously - no network 😬
