Site unblock request

Hi, I'm here on behalf of a client who's website is currently blocked by Vodafone's network. Due to a prior malware attack, they were flagged by a number of security vendors on VirusTotal, but those have all since been resolved. Could I request for this domain to be unblocked, accordingly?
