Hi! For the past few weeks a number of contacts are struggling to contact me via texts or calls. I can call them & text them, but none of their messages or calls come through to me. When they call me they get no tone at all as if my number doesn't exist.
I have checked all the settings I can think of & am now struggling as some of the contacts are my elderly mum, my sister, my GP, my pharmacy and my bank...any help would be appreciated!!!

This may be a network issue @Hebdeb18 , follow the self help in this link Network Issues . Vodafone recommend trying the SIM in an alternative phone to rule out a SIM or phone issue. If you don't have a spare phone a Vodafone Store will help and if necessary be in a good position to complete a SIM swap for a new SIM, Vodafone take security seriously, make sure you have some photo ID.
It may be that the SIM temporarily loses connection and needs updating on the network, try completing a manual roam by following this link. How do I perform a manual roam? Further information from device guides here Device Guides
