Hi, Can anyone please help me I ported my number over from Three mobile to Vodafone last Friday. From that day I can't get calls or text from anyone on Vodafone but I can ring and text them . I rang the porting team on Saturday morning they said it will be sorted on Monday. Can sombody check it please. I need my phone.

Unfortunately as there is no access to accounts via this forum can you please contact the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM and they'll involve their Porting In Team's @Sanders

Totally understand and appreciate that @Sanders
It does only take a few minutes to set up a Twitter account to use and then can be deactivated.
Customer services on 191 or Live chat are the alternatives.
