Hello,
I'm the manager of https://qrfy.com and we have received some complaints from our customers saying that when they try to scan the Dynamic QR code from our websites they see a message saying: Secure Net has blocked the content.
I'm attaching in this post the message that they see.
Can we kindly ask to delist our website as unsecure?
Thanks

HI @qrfy
We hope you are well? Please may we ask that you test again your side, to see if the fault is resolved for you?

We have customers using Vodafone UK that they are unable to scan QR Codes created on https://qrfy.com and they are complaining us 😕
Thanks.

Hi @qrfy. Thank you for your patience. Our Network team have reviewed the URL in question and have confirmed that it isn't being blocked by Secure Net - the URL is classified as 'Computing'.

Hi, where i can send a query to unblock an url???
Recently we got feedback of many customers using your service, who recieve the same message, that secure net has block this domain.
To be specific: https://padel.dir.cat
There is some application to send these queries or we have to use this forum?

Hi @jacarriontpc, The link included in your query directs to what appears to be a Spanish paddle ball site. Before we go any further looking into this for you. Are the members contacting you using a Vodafone UK service? We're only equipped to assist Vodafone UK customers here. If they're connecting via a Vodafone es service, you can reach out to them directly through their social channels.
