If it is actually blocked then you'd be better off contacting Vodafone either by phone or through their social media accounts - these boards are mostly user-to-user support.
It's often useful to check for Domain name propagation using a tool such as: https://dnschecker.org
It looks like the web host service that you use allocates multiple Domain Names to a single IP address - not a problem provided none of those share sites are dodgy - not saying this is the problem but a single dodgy site on the IP can get the address added to the block lists. It might be worthwhile speaking to your web host to see if you can get an exclusive IPv4 address (even if that means dropping your current co-location service).
