We receive our phone signal from a mast at CW6 9RY. Please note this is the mast not my postcode. The mast was down in July and has been completely out of service from August 2nd. Vodafone just say they are working on it and each time we have contacted them we get a different story and a different intended completion date. This is a rural area and options for broadband are limited. I’d like to get an answer as to what is happening. Prior to this the signal has been good and we can use all devices when elsewhere.
