Unblock my website

Hi,

We have several customers, using Vodafone mobile/broadband, report that they are unable to access https://www.mainstay.co.uk/.

Can you explain why this is happening and how we can request removal from any blocked list?

Hi @Papouelli. Thank you for your patience. Our Network team have reviewed and reclassified the URL in question as 'Shopping' - please clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again.

Thank you, this has finally unblocked the site for Vodafone! Shame it has taken this long, but we got there in the end!

Our store https://www.multi-tool-store.co.uk/ part of the Outdoor365 Group has been blocked by Vodafone IP. The store sells Leatherman Multi-tools which are widely available in outdoor and tool stores throughout the UK, and all products are legal products to retail in the UK. For bladed products we employ a 2 stage verification at point of purchase and delivery as per UK legal requirements.

Please could you unblock the URL, currently only Vodafone have the restriction in place.

Hey @Mattfandt, I've just tried to access your site from a Vodafone number with the content controls removed, and had no issues connecting. It sounds like the site maybe getting blocked by our content control bar. Can you confirm if this is being blocked for users with, or without this bar in place?
