Vodafone blocking my website

Hi there, for some reason Vodafone is blocking my website: https://www.sophoseducation.com saying SecureNet blocked our site - can someone please advise us on how to get this unblocked? It is really affecting our business and needs to be accessed asap. Thank you in advance!

Hi @sgmr When checking your site URL via VirusTotal 1 security vendor flagged it as malicious. Please review the results here and take any necessary actions required.

Please note that once you've taken the necessary actions, it may take up to 48 hours to reflect clean certificates on VirusTotal. If users are still unable to access the URL after this, we can then look into raising a reclassification with our Network team.
