Hi,
We have recently discovered that customers using Vodafone internet are encountering difficulties accessing our website, receiving an error message stating, "Your connection is not private`."
Our site is working fine on all other networks and broadband except many vodafone users. This really hurts our business and we need it fixed urgently please.

Just a quick one @E92M. Although you're contacting us on a UK platform, can you please confirm your country of residence? Our Network have asked the question because we've identified that the URL is being blocked in Italy, opposed to the UK. The team have raised for the URL to be reclassified there.

Sorry I forgot to get back to you. It was working fine but as of the last few days, we are getting the same issue again.
Please can your team urgently look into this again.

It looks like the reclassification was only processed this morning and can take up to 24 hours to take affect. Please try accessing the site again, before you do, please try clearing your cache. cookies, and browser history. If you're still unable to access the site, please confirm the error message seen.
