To Whom is relevant
we manage a clients website it technically isn't customer-facing, but it is stopping our client from being able to manage there business as its being blocked.
Can you assist with reclassification or provide an email address to email reclassification requests.

Hey @sotech, we certainly can look into this for them. Do you have a link to the site being blocked? Can you also provide a little more information regarding the error message being seen when you try to access the blocked site?

Its a backend system so GDPR i cant make the URL public :D,
its basically giving over 18s content which it may have been during a compromise but the compromise has been resolved.

We'd need a link to the site to complete our investigation @sotech. If you can't provide this to us via a public forum such as our Community, you'll need to pop us a private message via on of our social channels. When you contact us, please specify you've been in touch with us here, and include a link to this thread too.

Our Network team are not customer facing, and don't have an external email address @sotech. If you'd like us to look into this, we'd need you to provide a link to the site in question here or via a private message as advised in my previous message.

As you can appreciate im not a customer im a business and the fact that you guys as a business are putting blockers in the way that is causing business loss is not very helpful, as what your asking would violate the security of our customers site and the business policies in place.

Apologies for any misunderstanding @sotech, we're not putting blockers in your way. I'm unable to give you direct contact with our network team, as there is no route for customers to contact them directly. If you don't want to provide a link to the site publicly, we'd need you to provide this via one of the social channels provided previously. I can ensure you that these routes are secure and any information provided there will only be visible to you and a select number of our team here.

@sotech You should be aware that Cloudflare also mark the first URL as unsafe for phishing. Also your sites have a number of certificates that expire at the end of this coming April.
